In a rapidly evolving world, the gender and development challenges are becoming increasingly complex and interlinked and lack of adequate and correct data and information are often impediments to achieving sustainable development. Despite concerted efforts to improve gender statistics and analytics by global development organizations, there are still large gaps in existing gender data and its usage.
